MY APPROACH
A formula, refined over years
Most career advice starts with tactics. Better resume. Better keywords. Better interview answers. Those things matter, but they’re surface work. Underneath
them is a simpler truth — a formula I’ve sharpened over years of working with executives, professionals, and people in transition.
(Self-Knowledge + Confidence) × Presentation = Success
Self-Knowledge.
Knowing — actually knowing — what drives you, where you do your best work, and what you bring that nobody else does. Not a list of skills. A clear-eyed read of your own value. I don’t guess at it. I measure it.
Confidence.
The kind that doesn’t come from
rehearsed answers. It comes from
understanding your own story well enough
to lead with it — in any room, with any
audience.
Presentation.
How that clarity reaches the world — your resume, your LinkedIn, your interviews, your outreach. Without it, the rest stays invisible. With it, everything else multiplies.
That last × is the difference between most careers and the ones that move
THE FOUNDATION
One of a handful of certified practitioners in the country.
Self-Knowledge isn’t a conversation. It’s a measurement.
I use the MAPP Assessment — a validated motivational profile with a long track record in executive and Fortune 500 hiring — to map exactly how you’re wired. What drives you. What drains you. Where you thrive. What kind of work fits.
I’m one of a handful of MAPP-certified career coaches in the country. That certification isn’t something I list at the bottom of a bio. It’s the difference between handing you a report and using the report — sitting with you, translating what’s in it, and turning it into the strategy that drives every next step.
Most people finish an assessment with a report. My clients finish with three things — a strategy for where they’re going, a narrative that makes the move coherent, and the language to express both. That foundation becomes the spine of every resume I write, every interview I prep, every conversation I open on your behalf.
It’s where the formula begins. And it’s where your next chapter does too.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER?
Two ways in. One way of working.
I’ve spent twenty years in executive seats — building organizations, hiring people, deciding who got the role and who didn’t. I’ve also spent those years sitting with people in moments that mattered: career transitions, hard pivots, full reinventions. What I learned in both seats is the same thing. The people who move forward most powerfully aren’t the ones with the best résumés. They’re the ones who finally understand what they bring — and who can say it without flinching. That’s the work I do. Two engagements, depending on where you are.
FOR PEOPLE STARTING OUT
Aligned Foundations
For recent graduates, career-starters, and anyone stepping into their first real chapter of working life. We don’t start with your résumé. We start with you — what drives you, what you’re built for, what you bring that nobody else in the room can. By the time we’re done, you’ll have language for who you are, a résumé and LinkedIn that argue for you, and the confidence to walk into any interview ready to lead the conversation. You do the searching. I make sure you know what you’re searching for.
